The first step; Cleaning samano wheat and washing it

You might be surprised that the samanu you prepare from outside has a sweet taste, but if you are a cook, it is easy to cook a healthy, nutritious, and low-sugar samanu.
There is no need to add sugar to the original samanu recipe, and its sweetness is obtained from wheat germ.
The sweets you get from outside usually have sugar. But there is no need for sugar in the preparation of homemade samanu. When wheat sprouts, they become sweet. The reason for this is the conversion of starch into maltose sugar in the wheat germination process.

Pour wheat juice gradually on wheat flour or sangak flour and mix. The flour may lump; if it lumps, pass it through a sieve or strainer.
